Awarded “Elite” status 6 years in a row, this team is requiring a new Property Management team member. The size of the portfolio can be built around you, as can the Job Description!
- Day to day management of a mixed Commercial / Industrial portfolio
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Manage landlord and tenant communication
- Conduct routine inspections / draft reports
- Undertake rent-reviews and rental increases
- Problem solve or attend Tribunal when required
- Add on Sales and / or Leasing and BDM if you’d like to earn extra commissions
About You:
- Our client is happy to train someone in Commercial, but Property management experience essential
- Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Excellent admin & communication skills
- An upbeat, customer-service oriented attitude
- Car and drivers license
