This client is a strong performer across the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate industry - primarily focused on the Western suburbs, this agency has a strong team focus where everyone is treated with the respect that they deserve.
  
You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment with a brilliant principal.
  
Duties:
  
Working alongside an experienced Senior, this role will see you managing a small, easy portfolio and also assisting with coordinator duties including:

• Management of 15 – 20 properties
• Addressing enquiries from lessors and lessees
• Managing property listings including property files, taking photos and writing copy
• Putting up and pulling down signboards
• Checking tenancy applications
• Preparation of ingoing / outgoing inspection reports
• Invoicing to tenants, managing arrears and rent receipting
• Undertake rent reviews

  
The ideal candidate:

• Some exposure to Commercial Property Management
• Vibrant nature, enthusiastic, keen to learn, cooperative, smart & good initiative
• Current CoR
• Car & Driver’s license
• Exposure to Rockend desirable
• Good mathematical ability
