Our Client:
Established for over 30 years, our client is a well-established private property group with over 20 properties and 300 tenants spanning office, industrial and bulky-goods assets in NSW, QLD and some Internationally (New Zealand). Continuing to expand, the Property Management team is seeking a Commercial/Industrial PM to support in their tenant-service focused team.
The Role:
Reporting in to the Asset Manager, this is a hands on role that will see you responsible for a portfolio of mixed commercial / industrial assets with a focus on tenant retention, income maximisation and asset upkeep. You will be located in North Sydney, with 2 days a week at Lane Cove.
- Oversee the day to management of their Commercial & Industrial tenancies
- Client and contractor management
- Undertaking rent reviews and lease negotiations
- Property repairs, maintenance and improvement suggestions
- Minimising rental arrears and payables
- Inspections
Requirements:
To be successfully shortlisted, you will be able to demonstrate:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role (with a private company preferred)
- Be fully conversant in all facets of running a portfolio
- Longevity in roles
- A current Cert of Registration
- Driver’s License and reliable car
