Managing and selling assets across all three industries – residential, commercial and industrial – and with specialist departments for all other estate agency services, their property legacy is now reborn with new management and ownership looking to provide a boutique real estate agency platform based on a client driven strategy.
Duties
As the Commercial Property Manager of mixed portfolio 150 properties, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of commercial properties to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant ensuring the minimum standards and KPI’s are met. Specifically:
- Regular external and internal stakeholder contact
- Rent roll duties - minimising arrears, tribunal hearings and renewals
- Maintenance and controlling contractors
- All tenant matters including selection and onboarding
- Work towards and meeting targets and growing the portfolio income
- Ensuring company compliance is upheld and personal presentation
Specific requirements
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced work environment
- Adaptability to quickly evolving remits and maintenance professionalism at all time
- Real Estate Licence Class 2, Class 1 or Certificate of Registration
- Current Driver’s License and car
- Previous business and market planning and development experience
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Strong communication skills with a wide array of clientele
