About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a driven, hands-on Centre Manager to manage a standout, mixed-use asset located in Brisbane’s fringe.
You will be a well-rounded centre manager that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations. You will be a team player and leader who is passionate about retail property, has the ability to think outside the square and wants to make a difference.
Duties:
- Financial Management including annual budget preparation and audits, tenant arrears, monthly accruals, accounts payable and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Obtain and review tenants’ monthly sales data and update MATs
- Oversee the facilities management of contractors on site, including working with reviewing contracts and tendering.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to attract new tenants and maximise occupancy rates
- Cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a centre manager
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management and Marketing
- Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
- High level of financial acumen
