Centre Manager

Excellent opportunity to use your skills in centre management to manage a portfolio of shopping centres.

We are currently recruiting for a shopping centre manager to manage a portfolio of shopping centres on the Gold Coast.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to manage the day to day operations of this shopping centre portfolio including but not limited to; tenant inquires; weekly and monthly reporting; rent reviews and renewals; preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews; manage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for success.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in a centre manager position is a must!
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of financial acumen
  • Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
  • A positive yet strong personality who wants to make a difference

You will be a well-rounded centre manager that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations.
