The Company:
Our client has a goal of making the Australian dream of owning a home a reality for everyone through strategic identification of low cost properties in growth areas and supporting them with finance and conveyancing. Servicing Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane they are housed in stunning CBD offices (close to transport) and offer continuous training to their staff.
Your New Role:
Provided with a pre-qualified and finance-ready pipeline of clients, this exciting role will see you scouring the Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane markets to acquire property in areas that represent value and will aid clients in building wealth through property investment.
With this team currently closing 20 property exchanges a month, you will be responsible for:
* Research and source buying opportunities both on and off market
* Provide the company advice if other target suburbs should be considered
* Carry out necessary due diligence for each transaction
* Presenting properties to the client along with strong evidence for choice
* Conduct negotiations through private treaty or bidding at auction
* Support in the exchange and settlement process
Requirements:
To be a success in this role you should have worked in, or invested in property yourself and understand the benefits of property as a wealth builder.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding targets
* Over 12 months in Real Estate sales or Buyers Agency
* Strong knowledge of the property market
* Hungry & results orientated attitude
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Proven negotiation & relationship management skills
