Buyer Manager to Principal
- Monday to Saturday role (With RDO)
- No franchise restrictions

The Company:
This company is a strong independent brand and has been a leader in the area for over ten years! Holding strong market-share in this premium pocket of the Northern Beaches, they have a supportive structure and access to as much training as you can absorb.
Your New Role:
Will see you managing all Buyer activity and working to get properties sold at the best price possible for vendors. Duties will include:
- Managing all buyer enquiry
- Listing presentation prep, database maintenance and associated letters
- Property matching and introducing new listings through calls and EDM’s
- Database calls around listings and upcoming opens / auctions to increase interest
- Attending opens and conducting buyer appointments
- Undertaking 2nd and Building / Pest inspections
- Managing buyers to increase potential listings once they’ve purchased
Requirements:
- Polished presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Track record of results
- Real estate experience preferred (but not essential)
- Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Car & Driver’s license
