This exciting role has all the benefits of a Sales Agent position without the 7-day working week!!!! No 2 days will be the same and there is NO weekend work! Being a new position for this company, you can network with your interstate counterparts for ideas, but essentially you can absolutely make this role your own!!
The Client:
Founded in 2016 and having already paved the way in VIC, our client makes the listing and sales process easier through their 3 products - Digitised Agency agreements and Contracts (that integrate with all major CRM’s) and also Auction / Bidding tracking. Their product is eliminating Admin blockages and freeing up over 6 hours per transaction.
Duties:
Your target market will be Real Estate franchise groups and agencies, commencing with a focus around the metropolitan area of Sydney, and out to high-volume Regional centres.
Your day to day will be to:
- Call and make appointments
- Talk through the advantages of the 3 product offerings and sign up agencies
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Generating sales to new and existing clients
- Participating and presenting at industry conferences
- Being involved in any State Government regulatory reviews for the sector
- Offering suggestions for continual improvement in products and business model
What we are looking for:
- Experienced in selling in B2B sales in to the Real Estate industry
- Someone from real estate sales (or BDM) who knows the sales process
- Sharp, self-motivated, goal oriented and passionate
- Strength in scrips & dialogues to coach clients
- The ability to work remotely
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
