Established in the market for 6+ years, but with a newly released Real Estate product hitting the market in 2019, our client revolutionises the way consumers access credit to cover upfront Real Estate expenses when selling their home, or renting a property – easing the stress on agents in the listing process and property managers around bonds & rental arrears.
  
The Role:
Suiting a highly autonomous individual, this position will see you selling this high-demand product in to Real Estate agencies and franchises across VIC (and with the opportunity to go beyond that to TAS, SA & WA). Duties will include:
  

  • Industry networking, identification of opportunities and calling to make appointments to present
  • Talk through the advantages of the services and sign up agencies
  • Onboard and training new partners
  • Maintaining the CRM database
  • Participating and presenting at industry conferences
  • Offering suggestions for continual improvement in products and business model

  
What we are looking for:
  

  • Preferably someone who has been selling a product / service “into” the Real Estate industry or alternatively coming from a real estate sales (or BDM) who knows the sales process
  • Sharp, self-motivated, goal oriented, passionate and able to operate autonomously
  • A confident public speaker with strength in scrips & dialogues to coach clients
  • Experience in rapport building
  • The ability to work remotely, drivers licence and own vehicle
  • Immaculate in presentation
