This exciting role has all the benefits of a Sales Agent position without the 7-day working week!!!!  No 2 days will be the same and there is NO weekend work! Being a new position for this company, you can network with your interstate counterparts for ideas, but essentially you can absolutely make this role your own!!

The Client:

Founded in 2015 and having already paved the way in NSW and VIC, our client makes life easier for the selling agent by ensuring vendors have funds available to kickstart marketing, styling and advertising. Essentially they provide services to Real Estate agents to ensure a smoother sales / auction campaign and offer a ‘point of difference’ when helping your vendors ‘get to market’.

Duties:

Your target market will be Real Estate franchise groups and agencies with vendor paid marketing, so will predominantly focus around the metropolitan area of Adelaide, but also to high-volume Regional centres. Commencing with the 50+ enquiries / leads that are awaiting attention, your day to day will be to:

  • Call and make appointments
  • Talk through the advantages of the services and sign up agencies
  • Maintaining the CRM database
  • Generating sales to new and existing clients
  • Participating and presenting at industry conferences
  • Being involved in any State Government regulatory reviews for the sector
  • Offering suggestions for continual improvement in products and business model

What we are looking for:

  • Someone from real estate sales (or BDM) who knows the sales process
  • Sharp, self-motivated, goal oriented and passionate
  • Strength in scrips & dialogues to coach clients
  • Experience in rapport building
  • The ability to work remotely
  • Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
  • A confident public speaker
  • Immaculate in presentation
