Working within a team of approx. 5, Your main tasks and responsibilities will:
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Establishing new growth and meeting KPIs.
- Actively marketing and attract new clients
- Increase client database by identifying, targeting and actioning a range of prospecting activities
- Actively build relationships with referral sources, local business, tradespeople, developers within the community
- Working closely with the Sales Agents and Property Managers
- Maintain and develop client relationship through communication with landlords and tenants
- Offering professional advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Listing presentation
- Creating form 6 Management Agreement
- Open Homes on Saturday for new rentals
- Attending open homes for more rental opportunities
- Adhoc administration duties
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development within a Real Estate office
- Strong and confident communicator
- QLD Certificate of Registration to work within Real Estate
- Ability to multi-task & a team player
- Love prospecting, networking and "the chase"
- High personal presentation
- Be available to work Saturdays with a day off in lieu
You will need to be motivated, "switched on", enthusiastic and pro-active to fit in with this culture - the culture is truly that good!!! A generous base salary of between to $70,000 - $100,000 + super + an attractive bonus scheme is on offer.
