The Company
Our client are a boutique agency who are responsible for some of Sydney's biggest commercial projects. They also specialise in residential, commercial and asset management and hold a stellar reputation in the market!
The Role
With the unique opportunity of being able to work across not just 1, but 3 offices to increase your exposure and potential earnings, your mandate is to grow the commercial / retail / industrial properties under management across the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West of Sydney.
You will essentially be responsible for:
- Forming a target list and prospecting for new business and clients
- Internally networking with and leveraging of the Sales & Leasing teams
- Researching and maintaining strong market knowledge
- Appraising, signing up and getting properties to market
- Liaising with the marketing and admin support teams
- Regular updated to clients
- Maintaining the database.
The Requirements
To fit in with this team you will be a highly driven, smart and passionate individual who can drive your own results. You will also come with:
- 3+ years demonstrated success in Commercial or Residential BDM
- A thirst for knowledge and increasing the teams market-share
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbally), and ability to negotiate
- Vehicle + Drivers License
