The Role:
- Liaise with the sales team for investor clients
- Prospect and hunt for new business leads
- Appraise and sign-up properties for rent
- Advertise available rentals and take enquires
- Manage the Leasing process
- Maintain a pipeline of potential business
- Database management
About You
- You could a Leasing Exec or Sales Associate wanting to stepping up
- If no experience you will have some BDM experience or be a landlord yourself ‘you will know and get the process’
- Strong communicator, personable and well presented
- Good longevity in roles and a drive to succeed
- Current Certificate of Registration, Car and Drivers License
