Your main tasks and responsibilities will be prospecting for new rental managements, working closely with the marketing manager to build your brand, networking, Leasing duties and working closely with both the Property Management and Sales team.
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Previous Senior Business Development experience in a Real Estate office with a proven track record
- Strong and confident communicator
- QLD Certificate of Registration to work within Real Estate
- Ability to multi-task & a team player
- Love prospecting, networking and "the chase"
- Strong networks within the Brisbane market
- High personal presentation
