Business Development Manager

A software services / consultancy business is seeking a PropTech BDM to focus on the Australian residential property development sector, WFH or Office
  • $120K + Comms
  • Work from home or CBD Offices
  • Huge scope & potential equity participation

Our client is a software consultancy business, specialising in custom building CRM’s and interactive platforms or demonstrating to firms how to maximise what is in place. With a focus on the Property industry
  
With mounting interest from major players here in Australia, they are now seeking a Country-Head.
  
The Role:
  
Tasked with managing business development for the group, the focus will initially be clients in the Residential property development sector. Some leads will be provided to you (as there has already been some good enquiry). Your duties will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the Business Development, client and partnership management
  • Develop and implement a Sales Plan to achieve the company targets
  • Work individually and with the marketing and the Director to build the brand and create a pipeline of prospects
  • Presentations to potential clients (accompanied with Director if needed)
  • Network and actively participate in Industry events and Trade Shows
  • Manage the detail scope handover to the delivery team (who carry out the work and provide the final product supply to the client)

Requirements:
  
With this business it is attitude over experience. Our client is looking for someone entrepreneurial that can see / and is hungry to find where there are opportunities

  • Someone who can work autonomously and has the ability to set up processes
  • Experience with Real Estate CRMs / Database packages (SalesForce, AgentBox etc)
  • Background in / and knowledge of Property Development and the major players
  • Demonstrated success in building trust, winning business and maintaining long-term relationships
