Business Development Manager

THE COMPANY
Our client is backed by the support and training of a big brand but offers a day to day boutique style office and team environment.  Led by a highly professional and motivated leader the office has been recognized as a business leader within it’s third year of operation. With 12 month and 5 year goals set in place this office is ready for rapid growth and is looking for the right culture fit to assist in growing the business in many aspects.

THE ROLE
This Business Development Manager role will have you in charge of growing and developing a strong rent roll within the agencies target area to reach quarterly KPI’s.

• Prospecting and sourcing new business within the marketplace
• Converting sales leads to new managements
• Ability to create and nurture a pipeline
• Work alongside 2 properties managers
• Assist with leasing of new managements
• Offer professional advice in the current marketplace
• Preparing and presenting marketing appraisals
• Use of PropertyMe

THE CANDIDATE
You will be passionate about real estate, bringing 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Hungry for success and growth within a team of supportive like minded people.

• Self-Motivated, organised and ability to work autonomously
• Motivated for success and drive to grow a rent roll
• Experience with PropertyMe, preferred but not essential
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Current Real Estate Certification of Registration
• Current Driver License and Car (fuel allowance paid)
