This exciting role has all the benefits of a Sales Agent position without the 7-day working week!!!! We placed the first BDM with this company back in 2017. Still there and having been promoted, she’d say this is an incredible position, where no 2 days are the same, you’re provided incredible autonomy and the sky really is the limit on where you can take the role!
 
The Client:
Entering the market back in 2017, and pivotal in lobbying to get new laws through in 2016, our client is a super exciting tech-based company that has received several sizable capital injections and is set for continued exponential growth. Essentially they provide services to Real Estate agents to ensure a smoother sales / auction campaign and offer a ‘point of difference’ when helping buyers.

Your Duties:
Your target market will be Real Estate agencies with a high rate of Auctions. With the Northern Beaches and the Eastern Suburbs accounted for, we’re looking for someone who is familiar with, and can focus on the Inner West, West and perhaps Hills districts.
 
Your day to day will be to establish new client relationships, talking through the advantages of the services. Other aspects to the role will include:

  • Maintaining the CRM database
  • Generating sales to new clients
  • Introducing new products to existing clients
  • Participating and presenting at industry conferences
  • Being involved in any State Government regulatory reviews for the sector
  • Offering suggestions for continual improvement in the products and business model

What they’re looking for:

  • Currently selling in to Real Estate agencies (essential)
  • Familiar with the Inner West, West and perhaps Hills districts of Sydney
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and passionate
  • The ability to work remotely from home and around the state
  • Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
