The Client:

The Role:
A highly, autonomous sales role, to bring in new management for the PM Department. This will see you managing your own days and your income potential.
Duties will include:
- Identify and create opportunities for new business
- Become an expert in regards to the rental market
- Provide rental appraisals and advice to potential investors
- Meet prospective landlords to sell the services offered
- Manage the marketing process to advertise the properties
- Secure qualified tenants
The ideal candidate:
- Some form of BDM experience, in real estate preferred but not essential
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Polished presentation, well-spoken and articulate
- Confident with clients both on the phone and face to face
- Might suit a sales agent seeking a different role
