BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

THE COMPANY

This international company is built around supporting the needs of their global and local clients.  Their aim is to provide an alternative solution to the existing serviced office industry and co-working spaces – partnering to provide clients with more than just offices.

YOUR NEW ROLE

The primary focus of this role is to optimise the occupancy of assigned centres by generating new sales as well as expanding and renewing existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow business from existing customers through referrals and via expansions
  • Plan and execute rent reviews and renewals
  • Develop a portfolio of local key accounts, both real estate brokers and corporate clients, to generate revenue streams across all products and locations (8 currently)
  • Develop a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas: competition, industry segments, market segments, target companies
  • Database management
  • Work the Clients Services team on engagement and events  

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience + proven track record in a direct B2B or Real Estate sales  
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads
  • High energy level and self-motivated / driven to achieve
  • Organised, strong time management and maintain high quality standards
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills (fluent English)
  • Tertiary education will be highly regarded
