With a product that offers both free and paid options, their aim is to elevate the role of the agent and free up time during the selling process, whilst also improving the buyer experience.

The Role
  
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role will see you focused on the Private Treaty marketplace and responsible for direct sales, customer success (initially) and National Partner support within NSW. More specific duties will include:

  • Drive awareness and engage with agencies / agents to apply and use the product
  • Continue to grow marketshare through Industry engagement - networking, attending events and conferences etc
  • Provide input for marketing activities within your territory
  • Customer onboarding, engagement, training and identification / implementation of all appropriate revenue growth opportunities
  • Manage and nurture customer and partner expectations / relationships
  • Effectively manage CRM records regarding customer activity
  • Involvement in strategic projects as directed by the Company’s executives

Requirements

  • You will be high energy and ambitious with 2+ years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales position, or be well networked within the real estate industry
  • Experience managing inbound and outbound leads with the ability to articulate a value proposition
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • This is an awe-inspiring team of hand-picked talent who take their business and obligations to the industry very seriously, but not themselves! So above all else, you’ll be an awesome human, a team player with a sense of fun and have a genuine LOVE for the real estate industry
