Brand and Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Your New Role
Essentially in this role with will be managing the marketing, brand and PR function for this multi-office Real Estate group who is going from strength to strength and includes residential sales, leasing and property management.
Duties may include:
* Formulate and rollout the marketing plan for the business
* Produce agent marketing and support individual agents with devising a strategy for themselves
* Oversee a Campaign Coordinator
* Plan and implement social media content
* Identify PR opportunities and distribute stories to media
* Ensure adherence across the business to brand guidelines and delivery deadlines
* Train incoming team members
* Communicate the marketing vision and purpose throughout the group
* Ensure the brand is consistently represented at its highest quality, particularly across property marketing activities
* Work with agents to identify community and marketing opportunities in their BDAs
* Work with the management team to help identify the direction for the business and the best steps to move it forward
* Work with the Head of Property Management to create and deliver a profile building marketing plan
* Social media advertising

About You
You will be a dynamic, out of the box thinker who knows how to create interest in a brand and measure financial value. Specifically you will have:
* 3+ years marketing experience (within Real Estate preferred) If not from Real Estate, then marketing within a sales environment will be necessary (preferable with high ticket items)
* Proven ROI on campaigns
* Possess a strategic view on marketing
* Excellent communication skills
* Efficient admin skills and a strong attention to detail
* A dynamic individual with an ability to complete tasks quickly
