The Role:
As Body Corporate Manager, your portfolio will consist of approximately 35 buildings so has the potential for "growth". With a great on boarding system and working closely with an experienced and dedicated Assistant, you will be Liaising with clients, arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance, prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs, conduct meetings, undergo periodic inspections and anything else required to manage your portfolio efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager (ideally 3 + years) is essential
- Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
