We are searching for a Body Corporate Manager to join forces with a high profile Body Corporate company in Brisbane's inner suburbs. The business has a boutique feel and offers an environment that makes you feel appreciated and that offers flexibility like no other company.
- Initial company training offered, portfolio handed over gradually
- Portfolio located around Brisbane's inner & northern suburbs
- As a growing business & a new portfolio, this position offers excellent career progression
- Modern & simple systems/procedures as well as great support provided and portfolio's kept at a manageable size
- Commissions earned on top of your salary
- Salary on offer will be decided based on experience and is negotiable for the right candidate - $80-90K + Super + Commissions (Direct Body Corporate experience a must)

You will be an experienced professional within the Body Corporate space with a positive outlook on your work. You are able to work independently and as part of a team to maximise performance. You are technically savy and well versed with processes within Body Corporate. You are someone who works towards the company’s mission and vision to make it a better place to be.
