THE ROLE
- Manage a mixed portfolio of medium to larger schemes
- Flexible working arrangements, take your birthday off & amazing bonus scheme offered
- Liaise with committee members, provide a high level of communication to all
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGM's
- Conduct meetings
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Body Corporate Assistant or Body Corporate Manager
- Strong administration, organisation & prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
