The Role:
This is a diverse and interesting role, building the Property Management portfolio across predominantly the vibrant Inner East villages of Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay but there are no limits on areas you can prospect!
Your duties will include:
- Prospecting through the existing database of landlords and past appraisals
- Appraising properties and signing up management agreements
- Getting a property listed including photos and writing copy
- Respond to Leasing enquiries and Conduct open homes
- Check applications and compile tenancy packs
- Admin and database work
Specific requirements:
- 1 months RE experience in a Leasing, BDM or Sales capacity
- Someone comfortable with prospecting with a love of achieving targets
- Highly organised and able to be proactive
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Car & drivers license
