The Client:
Founded in Australia by Real Estate professionals for Real Estate professionals, our client provides cash flow enhancement options to Real Estate businesses. What does this mean? Agents / or agencies are able to get paid their commission on exchange, without waiting for settlement to occur.
Using this product is a no-brainer as it allows companies to better manage cash-flow, can use the funds to cover unexpected costs, invest in business growth, and attract better staff (immediate commission option)
Combining aspects of property, finance and technology, this organisation is a start-up with an exciting trajectory for growth
Duties:
- Industry networking, identification of opportunities and calling to make appointments to present
- Talk through the advantages of the services and sign up agencies
- Onboard and training new partners
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Participating and presenting at industry conferences
- Offering suggestions for continual improvement in products and business strategy
- Growth to Regional management
What we are looking for:
- Strong track-record of success selling a product or service in to the real estate industry (tech preferred)
- Sharp, self-motivated, goal oriented, passionate and able to operate autonomously
- Experience in rapport building
- The ability to work remotely, drivers licence and own vehicle
- Immaculate presentation, and engaging / approachable
