This is an unique opportunity to join a reputable multi-office Stata company. Experiencing exciting growth, this company provides ongoing training, and has a demonstrated track record of training their staff in to highly successful, and well paid Strata Managers.
The Role:
This is a newly created role to support two of the Senior Strata Managers efficiently manage their portfolios. Duties will include:
- Taking and addressing enquiries
- Arranging access for quotes and repairs
- Obtaining and circulating quotes
- Preparation for meetings – minutes, notices etc
- Managing annual audits, insurances etc
Requirements:
- Ambitious and want to grow in to a Strata Management role
- A current Strata Certificate, License or currently undertaking
- Experience as a Strata Assistant preferred, but strong Administrators will also be considered
- Be a team player, with a strong work ethic
