The Company

The Role:
As a Strata Assistant you will support a team of highly successful Strata Managers in their Inner West / West office. Duties will include:
- Written and verbal communication with Owners Committees
- Assisting with obtaining quotes
- Issuing work orders and liaising with contractors
- Prepare letters, faxes, agendas and minutes
- Issue and track keys and security tags via registers
- Update StrataMaster (Rockend) to update info
- Other general administration task as required
The Requirements
- Experience as a Strata Assistant
- Good understanding of the Act
- Strong administration & communication skills
- A current Strata Certificate (or have recently submitted it to the Department of Fair Trading)
- Be a team player and seeking a long term career in Strata
