THE ROLE
- Manage relationships with owners, tenants and potential tenants
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to deliver efficient outcomes
- Negotiate rents and tenancy terms
- Accurate processing of applications including conveying application details and terms to clients
- Conduct open for inspections, private inspections, routines and entry and exit reports
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Keep owners and tenants updated with processes
ABOUT YOU
- Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
- Strong time & organisation management with high attention to detail
- Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- A minimum 3 months Real Estate Experience
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Drivers licence & vehicle
