Iconic Recruit has been engaged to recruit an Assistant Property Manager in a rare opportunity based in Brisbane CBD working directly on three CBD Commercial Building.
The purpose of this position is to support the Asset Manager in managing a portfolio of three commercial office towers for one owner based in Brisbane’s CBD. If you have prior experience in commercial property management would be highly advantageous.
The successful applicant will have:
- Prior experience in commercial property is preferred but not essential
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, either expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Sound understanding of general accounting principles
- Effective time management, interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Work well without direction and ability to run with it but, also need to take direction well from senior managers
- A hands-on approach and “can do’ attitude and a willingness to get involved at all levels
