Iconic Recruit has been engaged to recruit an Assistant Property Manager in a rare opportunity based on the Gold Coast working directly for the commercial property landlord.
The purpose of this position is to support the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in managing a mix of commercial office and industrial properties all on the Gold Coast. If you have prior experience in commercial property management would be highly advantageous.
The successful applicant will have:
- Commercial Property Management experience is preferred but not essential
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, either expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel
- High level of attention to detail
- Sound understanding of general accounting principles
- Effective time management, interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Work well without direction and ability to run with it but, also need to take direction well from senior managers
- A hands-on approach and “can do’ attitude and a willingness to get involved at all levels
