An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager with previous experience assisting a Commercial Portfolio, to join their team, 4 days a week.
Supporting the Office team, you will work with a premium portfolio of assets and enjoy a client-side role where the focus lies on the tenant as the customer, and the financial triggers that impact investment return. An opportunity to learn beyond simple property administration and benefit from highly experienced mentors in commercial property.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and driven individual to develop their experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Duties will include:
- Tenant liaison.
- Supporting financial management and reporting.
- Invoicing and accounts.
- Coordinating maintenance.
- General administration.
- Marketing support with a tenant management system.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience assisting on a Commercial portfolio. You will have superior communication skills both written and verbal, be financially astute with strong attention to detail and you must be a process driven individual that enjoys problem solving.
You will be offered plenty of exposure to different areas of Property with your week split between providing assistance to the property managers as well as contributing to tenant engagement strategies through utilising new marketing technologies.
