Assistant Property Manager

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepare rental advertisements 
  • Liaise with prospective tenants
  • Conduct open homes and other inspections
  • Check and approve Tenancy Applications
  • Preparation and of Tenancy Agreements 
  • Deal with all walk in and phone enquires
  • Maintain rental arrears
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance
  • Assist in rental bond processing
  • Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness
  • Maintain office stationery and supplies
  • Coordinate outgoing mail

 

Skills and experience

  • Maintain Agents Representative Certificate
  • Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • A minimum of 2 years real estate experience
