About the role:
Join the development team in this newly created role to assist with the delivery of an integrated urban community and over 5,000 residential lots. You will work closely with the Senior Development Manager across a large scale masterplanned communities with major infrastructure, wetlands and parks.
The role will have involvement in all aspects of the development cycle from planning/approvals to project administration to delivery of infrastructure and residential lots.
Duties:
- Support the SDM in maintaining feasibilities
- Liaising with consultants/contractors, council and other stakeholders
- Ensuring timely and within-budget completion of services, feasibility studies and inputs, budget control, managing invoices and financial reporting
- Assisting in the preparation and management of contracts with vendors, consultants, and contractors
The skills and experience required for this role:
- A minimum 2+ years experience as an Assistant Development Manager
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Valuations, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Property Economics or Construction
- Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills
- Proven experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative
