THE CLIENT:
Our client is one of Queensland's best project management and development consultancy firms. Operating out of a state of the art and brand new offices in a suburb next to Brisbane City, we are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Development Manager who wants to take their career to the next level! This firm has a proven track record along with a loyal developer client base and is constantly striving to be the best of the best! Moving forward this client will be doing more of their own developments as well in the residential land space.
THE ROLE:
- Monitoring in the management of developments from concept through to completion
- Oversee the day to day operations of the projects
- Take ownership of distinct elements of the design, sale, marketing, planning and delivery phases
- Assisting in the preparation, monitoring and reporting on project budgets
- Co-ordinating processing of payments for project
- Programme coordinating and tracking
- Supporting internal Development Manager with a wide range of hands on tasks such as contract administration, management of external and internal stakeholders, utility/services applications, council applications, sub-division.
- Participating in ongoing liaison, communications, and negotiations with external project teams, stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the development project.
- Co-ordination of marketing material along with assisting with project launches
- Assisting with handover and settlement processes
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Experience working as an Assistant Development Manager delivering large scale residential land projects. This is essential and must be a minimum 1 years experience
- Property Degree qualifications are essential
- Strong attention to detail and communication both written and verbal
- Passion for the property industry
