A rare opportunity has arisen for a Junior level operator to join their work focused and collaborative team and assist with the successful management of their portfolio, that is heavily weighted by office and industrial. You will be trained by Australia's leading commercial property trainer!
Leveraging off of this incredible brand, emphasis will be on further establishing this Agency as the number one operator in Darwin.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain relationships with tenants and contractors
- Assist with the property managers with portfolio maintenance
- Assist with financial management, reporting and invoicing
- Assist with conducting rent reviews
- Work with Managing Director on upcoming projects and strategies
- Ensure “customer journey” is maintained
- Ensuring both legal and company compliance
- Any other general administrative tasks required.
To be considered you will be a highly experienced administrator, or property professional. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.
