In this fast paced and varied role no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for assisting with the realisation of properties for Banks and Trustees, Australia wide. You'll ensure the best outcomes are achieved for the property from pre-possession, preparation of the property before marketing, right through to the sale and settlement.
Your responsibilities will include:
· overseeing preliminary property investigations
· issuing letters and basic legal notices
· review marketing reports
· order, review and process valuations and appraisals
· general administration
Properties in focus consist of Residential, Commercial, Rural and Industrial
This is a full time office based role with real estate property graduates and graduates in their final year of study encouraged to apply.
If you are process driven combined with good attention to detail and problem solving skills, you will excel at this role. You will have opportunities for position progression with earning capacity controlled by your abilities and effort.
Favourable skills and competencies:
• Experience in a related industry which could include; real estate, property, banking, trustee, legal
• Tertiary qualifications, certificate 4 or above
• Current and intermediate skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, explorer
• Ability to work within expected timeframes to meet KPI's
• Ability to manage a variety of tasks over multiple files
• Ability to deal with high pressure situations and sensitive matters
• Ability to work as a team and autonomously
