In this fast paced and varied role no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for managing the realisation of properties for Banks and Trustees, Australia wide. You'll ensure the best outcomes are achieved managing the property from the preparation of the property before marketing, right through to the sale and settlement.
Your responsibilities will include:
• coordinating property possessions
• liaising with; real estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, valuers, banks, local councils & surveyors
• analysis of property potential
• advising clients on maximising property potential prior to sale
• advising clients on regulation requirements
• advising clients on risk minimisation
• coordination and management of works to properties prior to sale including; subdivisions, building, repairs & contractors
• advising clients for sale strategies and recommendations
• oversee sales agents and valuers
• approving marketing
• coordinating auctions and sales
• set and review asking prices
• review offers to purchase
This is a full time office based role with the potential for the right candidate to telecommute / work from home for part of the time. Occasional out of hours work will be required.
Essential skills and competencies:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a related industry which could include; real estate, property, banking, trustee, legal
• Tertiary qualifications, certificate 4 or above desirable
• Current and intermediate skills in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, explorer
• Proven ability to work within expected timeframes to meet KPI's
• Proven ability to manage a variety of tasks over multiple files
• Proven ability to deal with high pressure situations and sensitive matters
• Proven ability to work as a team and autonomously
