This boutique Property agency has established a solid reputation across both the Perth metropolitan and Western Australia regional areas for delivering the highest level of service to their clients. They provide Property Management & Leasing services to a diverse portfolio across Commercial, Retail & Industrial.
In this role, no day will be the same and you will need to have great time management skills. You work closely with the Director and assist with overflow work from the team. Responsibilities will include taking on the role of office all-rounder including diary management, answering phones, property marketing, settlements, providing a warm welcome to visitors, property management assistance, sales and leasing assistance, filing and organising the office and general administration.
You will be proficient in the following:
- Experience working in the Commercial Property industry
- High level administrative and organisation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Effectively prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability with Microsoft Office
Previously experienced within the Property industry is required and you will have the confidence to work under minimal supervision. You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of delivery. With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will an excellent multi-tasker.
