The Client:
Work for a truly exciting business that is an innovator in real estate and growing exponentially!
Founded in 2015, so still a relatively new entrant to the market, our client makes life easier for the selling agent by ensuring vendors have funds available to kick-start marketing, styling and advertising.
Duties:
Working in a collaborative team that provides support to their growing number of real estate agency clients, as well as reviewing and approving applications for finance, this position will be
- Providing customer support and resolving queries via phone and email
- Assessing finance applications (through a custom built software platform)
- Processing and reconciling accounting transactions
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
Requirements:
There will be full training provided on the software and packages (which are simple / user friendly), however it is expected that you will have the following:
- Be computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- A commitment to learning and working collaboratively
- Able to prioritise and have a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a real estate operations or admin will be viewed with preference
- A good knowledge in finance and accounting is desirable (but not essential)
- Knowledge of Xero and ZenDesk will be an advantage
- Open to someone who can speak Mandarin (not essential)
