About the company:
Established for over 50 years, our client is one of Australia's largest property valuation and advisory firms. They have built a solid reputation across both the Perth metropolitan and Western Australia regional areas for delivering the highest level of service to their clients.
Due to a growing and consistent workload, they are now seeking a switched on, motivated and focused Administrator to support the valuations team with their administration.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaison with all clients via email and phone
- Liaison with banks, brokers and settlement agents
- High volume data entry to internal spreadsheets and systems
- Accepting and registering bookings using internal systems
- Booking and scheduling jobs for the valuations team
- Ensure front of house and meeting rooms are clean and well presented at all times.
- Support the Valuations and Directors team
- General administration duties
About you:
You will be good communicator in both verbal and written forms, have a great attention to detail and strong level of intuition to pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting. Common sense and ability to churn through high workloads is paramount.
