Acquisitions Manager - 6 month FTC

Our client is a well known Western Australian owned Investment Fund that specialises in the acquisitions and management of their owned Commercial Property Investments.

The Role:

This role is for a highly skilled, proactive and forward thinking Acquisitions Manager or Senior Commercial Valuer, looking to progress. The position will be Perth-based, however will look across the country for investment opportunities. This role will have a strategic focus, identifying and targeting specific properties owners on and off market. With a key focus on running feasibility models to generate shareholder interest in purchasing assets, growing the assets under management and achieving financial growth through regular market research and consistently building base knowledge.

Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years commercial and/or retail acquisitions experience OR 5+ years commercial valuations experience.
• Ability to identify property assets that provide regular holding income and ideally, add-value opportunity through redevelopment or refurbishment
• Excellent relationship building & negotiation skills
• Confident in cold calling
• Strong analytical and due diligence skill set
• Ability to drive and deliver comprehensive feasibility studies and make educated investment recommendations
• Established connections within the commercial property market in Perth and interstate
• Proactive & excellent in chasing & following up opportunities
• Property degree & understanding of property valuation
