Senior Acquisitions role with a well regarded development company. This role will be based in Brisbane Southern Suburbs and interviewing now.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

Conducting site review and acquisition
Managing the day to day work including entitlements, legal documentation, project coordination, tracking, and reporting on applicable project management systems
Building and promoting strategic partnerships within the property industry among local developers, landowners, brokers and city council
Developing and implementing market-level strategies, reviewing existing site, prospecting new site and give direction and oversight
Preparing budgets and estimating the return-on-investment analysis for property investment
Compiling market research and analysis for the Managing Director
Monitoring and checking development activities

Be self-driven and proactive
Excellent listening skills and customer service focus
A willingness to problem solve
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Have confidence to work autonomously and use initiative when faced with obstacle
Have advanced computer skills— in particular, Word, Excel and experience with databases will be highly regarded
Excellent phone manner
A high level of accuracy & attention to detail

Qualifications, requirements & experience:

5+ years of experience with a property background. Background may have come from within development, consultancy, agency or one of the financiers
Knowledge of local land use regulations
Proven property acquisitions experience
