About the role:
Due to recent expansion within this well regarded national development organisation, an Acquisitions Manager is now required to assess, identify and progress acquisition opportunities in accordance with company acquisition strategies. This is a critical role within the business where your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting site review and acquisition
- Managing the day to day work including entitlements, legal documentation, project coordination, tracking, and reporting on applicable project management systems
- Building and promoting strategic partnerships within the commercial property industry among local developers, landowners, brokers and city council.
- Developing and implementing market-level strategies, reviewing existing site, prospecting new site and give direction and oversight
- Preparing budgets and estimating the return on investment analysis for property investment
- Compiling market research and analysis for the Managing Director
- Monitoring and checking development activities
About you:
To be successful in this position you will have ideally:
- 4-6 years of experience with a development background
- Knowledge of local land use regulations
- Proven property acquisitions experience (large scale projects)
- Degree qualified
