Accounts Assistant

Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant within the Commercial Real Estate sector

Our client is a leader in the Commercial Property industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to be a key team member, responsible for day to day financial management and administration duties.

Additional duties include but not limited to:

  • Raising invoices, purchase orders, sundry, interest charges and reconciliation of tenant accounts and rental arrears.
  • Collection of all due rent and any charges on tenants monthly statements.
  • Preparing End of Month reports.
  • Accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintaining tenant accounts, correspondence and implementation of rent reviews.
  • Processing and coding of contractor invoices to correct accounts.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with the accurate and timely preparation, analysis and reporting of budgets, outgoings, forecasts and audits.
  • Take meeting minutes in all owners meetings.
  • General administration duties including, data entry, scanning, filing and reception cover.
  • Any other tasks as requested by Finance.

To be successful for this role, you will have a strong financial acumen and analysis, superior communication skills, have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality. You will be self-motivated, with the ability to deal with stressful situation and conflicting priorities.
  
You will have excellent computer skills in all office applications particularly Excel, creating and implementing formulas. Previous financial property experience and a financial qualification is highly desirable.
