Account Manager - Strata Industry

This is a rare and great opportunity for a dynamic Account Manager with Strata experience that is focused on expanding our client’s footprint with their residential property software!
  
Holding offices not only throughout Australia but also New Zealand, UK, USA, Singapore, Hong South Africa and India! They also employ close to 2,000 team members to support their real estate/property clients and their unique needs!
  
Our client delivers innovative solutions to the property and real estate space - they provide awesome and easy to use technology that assists their customers with their business needs and goals!

The Role

  
With the role spanning 50% Account Management and 50% Business Development, you will be responsible for the following:
  

  • Work as a “solutions expert” in helping customers (circa 200 accounts) with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives
  • Reduce the attrition rate of existing customers through open and regular communication
  • Drive revenue with existing customer accounts through new feature adoption and uptake of partner integrations
  • Generate new business opportunities via industry networking, inter-departmental initiatives and prospecting activities
  • Undertake software demonstrations
  • Handle the contracting process and sales administration

About You

  • A background in Strata is imperative & good understanding of their software
  • Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationships in order to increase the revenue over a sustained period, and meet targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience as a BDM or Account Manager will be a plus 
  • Salesforce experience preferred, yet not required
