PROPERTY MANAGER OR ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER 

Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager (with relevant experience) role. Working as part of a team in office.

Expanding Professional Real Estate Agency requires a proactive Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

We will also consider applications from assistant property managers with experience.

In this position you will deal on a daily basis with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.

Strong customer service skills will be required to problem solve a wide variety of scenarios that arise.

We expect the applicants to be able to learn new systems and work with online software .

Knowledge of the following is not essential but beneficial:

• Console / similar 
• ADL forms / real works 
• Maintenance Manager
• Local knowledge of the Perth and south of river region
• Resident of Perth, WA 
•  

Essential criteria:

• A current Real estate certificate 
• A current Drivers licence
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Microsoft Office – Minimum of intermediate skill level
