We are seeking a driven and motivated Property Portfolio Manager.

This position is a Permanent Part time for 27.5 hours per week.

We are looking for a vibrant enthusiastic and motivated person, looking to break into the real estate industry that has a go-getter attitude, a bubbly personality and eye for detail. Is eager to sink their teeth into this role and wanting to succeed, hungry for recognition and potential career progression.

Duties will include:
• Carry out listing presentations to prospective landlords • Building new relationships and nurturing existing ones
• Establish and maintain the agency database of prospective clients and key property management contacts
• Maintain an accurate, up to date record of all rental property leased.
• Leasing properties - including Open for inspections
• You will be responsible for showing prospective tenants properties that are available to lease, with a focus on customer service.

• You will manage the process from   start to finish and learn the intricacies of property management along the way.
• You will also be involved with assisting the sales and marketing team with all marketing and administrative duties.
• Attending open for inspections and showing the prospective tenants through
• Taking photos and writing property descriptions
• Focus on leasing process from taking rental enquiries, checking tenancy applications and drafting lease
• Landlord/tenant liaison
• Organising Repairs and maintenance
